First of all, before we start diagnosing people : do you have a psychology degree ? Are you a psychiatrist? Therapist, perhaps? If you answered no to any of these questions, please dont try diagnosing mental health conditions.

Abusers usually don't have mental health conditions and yes most people should be aware of the patterns. That's why slash, it's separate tbh.
And no, but close family does.

Narcissist has a meaning in common English outside psychiatric diagnosis. Not unlike depressed.
And anybody is qualified to identify "abusive".
