The statute listed, says you have until midnight of the 3rd day, you indicated that you're about 120 days in. So no, you can't force them to cancel your contract. Your best bet is using their equipment and services as much as possible. Take long hot showers every time you go, if you have the premium plan, use all the extra lounge items as much as possible, if they have any food nights, participate and make sure others do, too. Then cancel as soon as the contract is done, without letting it roll over.

• 2.d says that they have to accept your cancellation, effective at the end of the agreed upon termination date. So you're stuck to just not renewing, like I said.
