Humanity’s weakest souls will always cling to the words “I was just following orders”. ’They cower behind those words, making a virtue of their own weakness, lionising brutality over nobility.

I get what you're saying, it just sucks that this pencil dicked dork is now in a position to influence others because he's mad that *checks notes* other people got internet access.

Oh I agree. I wasn't defending Yarvin. I merely laughed because I thought he looked like dork who was trying too hard to look cool. I think it's mainly men that think looking like a deranged serial killer makes them look "cool." And now we are back to Trump's presidential portrait that looks just like his mugshot.

I also know that the photographer:

a. didn't really give a shit because it was just one of many assignments that day and was not world shaking in any way shape or form. Guarantee they've already forgotten it. Environmental photos are among the most boring of assignments. This isn't Annie Lebowitz level stuff.

b. photoj is nothing like advertising where a stylist chooses everything.

The subject chooses everything including the expression. The shooter just makes the image and passes them off to an editor before the next assignment.

The snarky remark about doing their job was like saying a mugshot by a sheriff's deputy is poor judgement on the deputy's part. Their job is to take the picture - nothing more. They really don't have two bleeps to give what it looks like so long as it meets the criteria set forth.
