I mean I guess that means we may get Dudunsparce debut? I mean it’s a two stage line for all we know they’ll ask for 400 candies.

I expect it to be 50 like Tandemaus. The rare form of Dudunsparce is encountered in the evolution, even Niantic isn't so sick as to ask that of evolution RNG. The rare form of Sinistea happens at the base form so the 400 candy evo, while steep, produces a known outcome (the rare evolution).
