With all of the pokemon in the universe, why does every event seem to have the same boring pokemon? All of these pokemon have been featured in the wild in an event within the last few months.

Much as I've been enjoying getting my fill of Dialga, if the raids around me continue to look like they have, then getting this dex entry may be a tall order.

I guess after a haunted tea cup did a near-Christmas debut having a ghastly anchor be an Actual Valentines Pokemon is par for the course.

While I'm looking forward to the dust, Dhelmise is raid locked at a weird time. Enamorus, one of the most sought after Pokemon in Home, is getting a normal rotation (although it still seems to be shiny locked) and one of the most sought after and useful Megas, Tyranitar, is hanging out.

So unless you KNOW FOR SURE you're not going to get any help or something along those lines, you might pass up raiding during its debut and just wait for the next time it's around. Seriously though, definitely prioritizing the T4 and T5 guys.

Yes, I'll analyze Dhelmise at some point, but generally it's a worse Trevenant/Decidueye in PvP. Needs a good bait move, like Brutal Swing, to have a shot at distinguishing itself.

The seaweed-wielding-an-anchor Pokemon debuting for Valentine's Day instead of Applin which is canonically given away as a gift of love, and also has gigantamax forms. Alright then, I guess. No Luvdisc or Alomomola also feels weird

Somehow, I'm guessing Dhelmise won't get Anchor Shot, the one thing that would really have made it unique (and if it was effectively hitting hard enough, a good way to simulate it's Steelworker ability).

On the other hand, Shellder getting a +500 dust bonus makes them nice little pearls for dust hunters. If they come up as a local nest, you're gonna make bank.
