Holy shit you guys fucked up today:
1. Search function is a disaster, *after* the mods warned you about it.
2. Letting go of an employee is your business, perhaps the reason was legitimate too. Don't care. But the lack of any communication whatsoever towards the moderators not only shows massive disrespect towards the mods but towards the entire userbase.
Get your shit together please, you're entering "every man is responsible for his own soul' bullshit territory again.
