I'm there with you. I thought SRD had hardened me with an armor of disconnected smug superiority, but I'm really upset to see Victoria go.

I wonder what power the AMA mods have here. Do celeb AMAs generate revenue for reddit (maybe in terms of spike traffic)??

AMAs and witch hunts are pretty much the only times reddit is relevant outside of reddit

AMA's generate revenue for Reddit because it's one of the high traffic subs, and celebs can bring in unique visitors by announcing their AMA's on various social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
