First of all, what's your GPU?
Also, SteamOS 3 does not have a generic release currently, so use Bazzite[1] instead.

Saw this earlier today, it's upstream is SteamOS. It's as close as you're going to get, Bazzite may be more compatible, but it's like a cousin to SteamOS rather than a sibling or child
