How much exercise, fresh air and hrs of sleep per night are you getting ? How is your diet ?
All of those things can help contribute to a positive outlook …. Not that they fix the problem, entirely …. But can put you in a better mindset to get thru the work day.
Start looking for a new job - since that’s the only way you can quit the job you have, now.
