You can look for another job or create you own by offering your services to local companies. I don’t understand why people would work tirelessly for someone else dream and not for their own.
It’s not easy but double. You don’t have to leave your current job, just start as a side hustle. Remember that you only might need a handful of customers to replace any salary for the most part.

I’m not sure if it is the job. I left my my last job of 14 years after the CFO of the company asked me to come with him and join him in another place. This place is a little hard to get hired at I love the job basically on my own schedule a lot of independence no corporation BS here and for a side jobs. I literally do not have time I’m working right now, roughly 130 hours a check get paid twice a month.

Not everyone wants the headache, and not everyone has a dream in the entrepreneurial sense.
My objective is to provide for my family, and working for someone else allows me far better stability for that end.
