Did you even read the link you posted?
1. It's not confirmed, says so in the article. Needs larger trial. And it wasn't performed by the NIH. It was submitted to their library.
2. That's a study out of Bangladesh from over a year ago and it's the only one that seemingly has a positive result that hasn't been found to be a major conflict of interest or nullified in some other way.

The most positive thing about Ivermectin and COVID is that it's being looked at by health agencies, however they universally agree that the outcomes are doubtful because the amount needed for noticeable impact, reliably, is over 100 times the acceptable dosage for a human.
