Yeah i had no idea, my plan will be reducing the point invested to have a lower PRT rating, like 2 3. This will give my Jumper space to develop.
He would be able to get stronger by doing gym exercises. Upper body increase durability and strength, while lower body increse speed and reflexes

Point investment?
Parahumans don’t choose the general gimmick of their power, how strong the power is or what limitations the power has. The numbers and classifications are a man made thing for heroes and other law enforcement to be able to quickly be able to communicate roughly what to expect and what they’re allowed to do.
Yelling “brute 5 mover 3” instantly lets them know that the parahuman isn’t stopped by small arms fire and can move to otherwise unreachable positions. Regardless if it’s a super strong human that jumps well or a body fitting forcefield power that sticks to walls like Spider-Man.
And while powers can get stronger, that is because the shard (source for power) is rewarding them for what they do. And the characters do not know this, but they do know just hitting the gym will have a negligible impact on their powers even if it’s physical in nature.

So somewhat like the villain Chuckles of the past Slaughterhouse 9? Superstrength and durability for torso and arms, superspeed in legs and head (that's where reflexes are)
