How is that a Mover 10? You say "super fast", but also "can't fly, only hover". Is it basically flight as long as they stay below that height limit? And a Brute 10 isn't "just be really durable". Behemoth is the only canon Brute 10, with even Leviathan called a Brute 9 and Echidna being Brute 8. I don't believe you've come up with a power strong enough to meet Brute 10.
And why make your self-insert character so powerful? The story would be a lot better if you kept the power level lower (~PRT 5-6).

Well at the point i actually dont know how strong is with a character rating of Brute 10 and Mover 10. So i asked you guys. I guess i need a full revamp of the guy
