View submission: Dumb question

Since most capes don't go over 6 I'd say it's outrageously powerful. If you were to actually create a Brute 10 and Move 10 character. It would basically be Khonsu, an Endbringer capable of tanking hacks and instantly traveling anywhere in the world.

To put that into perspective...

Endbringers, multidimensional monsters that require a solar system level explosion at the very least to be killed without hacks, are Brute 9s. Alexandria whose body is paused in time is an 8. Yours is a 10, if we only take into account durability I don't even know how that would work.

Mover is a bit of a hard ranking to rank, but the minimum for you get is a 3 for flying, and an 11 for teleporting stuff to the moon. 12 is the maximum for something human I think and that's for Doormaker who can open portals to a bunch of dimensions. A 10 I guess would be teleporting around the planet and teleporting objects or other people.

In short... So broken that it's not even funny, not even for a fanfic.

A Brute 10 is basically at the point where it *cannot* be damaged by anything short of Sting or one of the other shards that just dimensionally delete matter. If the strength was commensurate with the durability, punching down into the ground would easily crack the planet. A mover 10 rating with pure speed only (not dimensional shenanigans or Breaker states) would result in the atmosphere being shredded. To be a mover 10, you have to be able to get to wherever you want to be, *whenever* you want to be there. Legend accomplishes it through his light-based Breaker state that allows him to go at light-speed within atmosphere. A pure Brute who can move that fast is actually a Mover 15, because them moving at full speed would result in an extinction event which is one of the criteria. For example, the only reason Panacea isn't a Striker 15 is because she is still in control, not her Shard. A pure brute with no other powers caps out at Mover 7-8 before it jumps significantly due to collateral damage while moving at the limit.

Dawg thanks for clarifyin, my Jumper could roam around with his kit i guess. Can i add any bonus skill based on the rating ? Like i got a Mover 10 so he might got more skill (or ability) other than the fundamental one.
