I mean i dont have any notable power beside lots of durability, tons of strength and super fast speed. Regeneration is also a minor aspect of Brute 10.

See the thing is Brute 10 or really any power 10 basically means nothing short of several other high powered parahumans could even hope to touch them. Echidna is considered a master/striker 10. Lung is only a Brute 9. Purity a Blaster 8. Reaching a ten requires more than just strength, speed and regeneration- it means being nearly impossible to overcome in a fight. Now this could be overcome by unique aspects of the power like teleportation with little to no restrictions (I know one mover 11 who can teleport to the moon and bring others and objects with her for example). It means at their best they are basically boss level entities. This can be mitigated by giving other shortcomings like Labyrinths mental illness making her unable to control her power, or Panaceas twisted morals making her refuse to use her power, or Vista not being taken seriously because of her age and experience, but in terms of base ability it’s pretty OP.

I think if the speed power gives them slowed perception of time, that makes them stronger than 99% of parahumans when combined with the brute strength and durability. This is especially true if the speedster power is supersonic, since movers almost never reach that level of speed.
I’d say around 5% of parahumans could still pose a threat, but only 1-2% would be a serious problem (some masters, strangers, thinkers, and blasters/shakers with exotic effects).
It also depends on susceptibility to poisons, diseases, suffocation, or any other method that could bypass standard brute resilience (though I doubt many would work, considering the rating of 10)
