I've tried hobby clubs but still have a hard time making friends, I must have some other problem idk

It’s not the easiest thing in the world. Keep your head up and keep doing it. Might suck but it beats giving up. Seriously though bird watching is pretty cool.

It's a skill, one built with practice. Think of it as socially working out.

It's easier to make friends then to find someone, and those friends could lead you to their single friends.

Huge tip, you can find a common ground with near anyone, and can build up a friendship from there.

Be warned, this generation has a hard time talking to each other because many assume what is on the internet is real and model themselves off of it.

Just be a dude, be where you're from, be open and light-hearted like you're hanging out with a cool dog. I've made friends with people I've known for moments, were friends for minutes and never saw them again and that's okay. It's good practice and if it was positive experience, all the better.

For working out, check out intermittent fasting. The idea is starving yourself for most of the day (sleep included) so your body can switch to burning your energy reserves rather than the food in your gut, and eating right so your body only burns fat stores rather than your muscles.
