Wear what you like. There will always be people who decry comfortable casual wear as "slobbish" or "low class" or "looking like you don't put any effort in." Luckily for the world, nobody is obligated to give a fuck about those nerds and their nerd opinions. Nobody gets to tell you how you should dress. Screw their judgemental glances and silent disapproval, anyone who wants to whine about it is more than free to fuck right off.

There's comfortable casual wear that doesn't look slobby, though. It's not hard to find. It's unnecessary to wear pajamas in public to be comfortable; you can be both comfortable and presentable, even stylish if you want, at the same time.
