Executive orders are rule by decree, not legislative process. Trump wants to avoid the house of electoral representation, he has no control, the party may have, but then again that’s not how dictatorships work now...is it.

Its certainly how this one is working. Its a coup. How do you think they work? A commander in chief giving illegal orders to troops? Ignoring the guardrails in place?
