There is no check box.

You don’t ‘opt in.’ There is no flat rate like last year.

It’s a portion of the calculations where you have to determine how much you’re owed. It’s part of page six.

For Turbotax, all you had to click "NO" when asked if I was incarcerated for more than 180 days.

It's towards the end of the state review, and a lot of people speedrun "Yes" . Just remember to slow down and read the items. If you are NOT incarcerated for >180 days, then you are eligible for sales tax refund.
