They said they published it, but they didn’t. So now they have to publish it again, but they say that they are overwhelmed with work, don’t answer the phone and that my email will be answered when they want.
Anyway, I am a permanent resident so I don’t need the nationality to be able to work here

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm a naturalized citizen and it took more than a year to finalize the process, even though the constitution says it must be done in six months. If there's any urgency or you get nowhere you can hire a lawyer to petition a judge.
