Segwit was activated via a usaf. There is am exact time and date segwit was implemented.

Sure. Did everyone agree to move to segwit wallets that day?
Because coinbase sure as hell didn't. Heck, it's not even implemented today.

This is incorrect. There was no USAF. The mere threat of one was enough to bring the miners into line.
