Brutto means all taxes and social seurity included. https://bruttonetto.arbeiterkammer.at/[1][2] here is a calculator that shows you what your "take home" salary will be. You will also get double salary twice a year (summer and before christmas) with the double portion beeing less taxed. Income Tax and social security is decuted by your employer, so everything you get on your "paycheck" (bank transfer here) is yours to keep.

Vacation is already included - and sick days don't exist in the same way here. If you are sick you stay home and keep getting paid - as often and as long you're sick. (doctors note is a requirement)
