View submission: what does this salary mean per year?
It means your salary will be somewhere between those two numbers depending on your qualifications etc. It includes holidays and yeah you also get paid when you are sick and there is no specific number of sick days. It also includes 13th and 14th salary. So you get something between 2800-4000 14 times a year. But it's Brutto so it's before taxes and insurance.
