View submission: what does this salary mean per year?
2.800€ - 4.000€ is the range for the salary before taxes.
I would guess that the 4.000€ are for the 38.5 hours per week. This can be calculated to the netto salary with https://bruttonetto.arbeiterkammer.at/[1][2] which gives around 2.711,88€ per month.

In addition in Austria, you (normally) get two more salaries (one in summer, one before Christmas).
The 25 days holiday are the vacation days (only working days are counted). Sick leave days as well as public holidays are counted separately.
Edit:
I nearly missed the title - what it means per year.
4.000€ * 14 (12 months + 2 extra) = 56.000,00€ brutto or 38.816,10€ netto.

I just want to bump this comment to the top, because (i) for foreigner it is important to note in austria you typically get payed your salary 14x a year and (ii) calulator from the arbeiterkammer (i.e. worker union organization) is really good. It shows what you get on a typically month, what you get on the month with bonus salaries (typically june and november), and what you will get over the whole year. All of those are shown as "brutto" (i.e. before taxes and social security) and "netto" (i.e. what will end up in your account after taxes and social security security are subtracted)
