View submission: Ladies in perfectly healthy & overall happy relationships, do you ever get random moments when you’re like “maybe this isn’t my person?”

Yes, but I have ocd and it’s one of my intrusive thoughts.

This! My bf is my person, but sometimes intrusive and ocd thoughts push through. This too shall pass!

Yep I suffered a lot from relationship ocd. It’s now evolved to contamination ocd.

Oh, say more 😅I’ve had OCD tendencies for a long time but didn’t realize this could be OCD. Mine are mostly “O” or thinking-related, not the typical contamination fears etc.

I've been really looking into this intrusive thought. The last time I was in therapy a couple of years ago, the therapist said I was young and I should move on. I don't want to move on, I want to get over this thought process!

I heard this is a common one with OCD. I couldn’t get mine to stop ruining the relationship until I found a med. Obv tired everything else first and it was really affecting the relationship and me personally so not necessarily recommending meds. But it’s there is every things go out of control
