View submission: Do you eat your 5 a day?
I still think it's hard. Even on days I don't eat meat. Yesterday I ate: cucumber salad, roasted squash, roasted mushrooms and a chicken thigh. I suppose I could be adding some more veggies but then I'd not be eating a full serving.
The day before I had steak, asparagus and carrots. So 2/5 would have been too full to eat anything else.

Just got to include them in your snacks too.
Most days I’ll have some carrots with my lunch, and an apple/and or banana after dinner.
