View submission: Do you eat your 5 a day?
When I was a kid I used to think “5 a day? That’s impossible!”
Now I’m cooking for myself it’s actually pretty easy. Chances are my dinner will have at least two portions of veg without even thinking about it, more if I cook a side of peas or something.

I still think it's hard. Even on days I don't eat meat. Yesterday I ate: cucumber salad, roasted squash, roasted mushrooms and a chicken thigh. I suppose I could be adding some more veggies but then I'd not be eating a full serving.
The day before I had steak, asparagus and carrots. So 2/5 would have been too full to eat anything else.
