Science is telling us 30 different plants (fruit, veg, seeds, nuts, and more) a week is good too - alongside at least 5 a day.

Yes, this is what I do 30+ different plants a week. In fact I usually hit well over 45.

Obviously this covers the 5 a day, too.

Good sentiment, but awfully gentrified execution - every time this is brought up it's some posho bragging about their Waitrose/Ocado selection.

Nothing wrong with doubling up on 15 fruit and veg a week. E.g. If you're eating 3-4 types of fruit, that's good enough!
