View submission: Does Slimming World make sense?
It's for people who want a cheat code to losing weight, and it's pretty toxic.
Had a friend who was explaining to my wife that the avo on toast she ordered was "sinful" while tucking into a plate of cheese baked gnocchi with no hint of irony, and indeed no clue about calorie control.
Also served me "carbonara" once which was essentially spaghetti with scrambled eggs and it was rank. I've never let him forget that one.
