I personally wouldn’t consider 0.25 a change that would require a new prescription unless you had concerns about your vision or symptoms. Sometimes in a test a 0.25 change can cause a surprising improvement to your vision. I would always show the patient what they have in their glasses now and show them the difference so they can see what they would get if they updated. Then again my sight test to glasses conversion rate is 30% specsavers is around 70%
