I can answer this. Many women have expectations before they even consider dating someone that they have to be at least 6 ft tall, or have a dick that's x big. These women, if you tell them the truth that you're only 5'11 or your dick is just the average 5 inches, will refuse to date you because you don't meet their "door price" as I like to call it. However if you lie and say you're 6 ft tall, you get your foot in the door, she sees you are actually a pretty good guy, and it turns out being 6 ft tall isn't a make or break requirement after all
More simply put, men lie about their height and dick size because women lie about their admission requirements. Not all women mind you, but a very vocal group of them.

I am so confused by this though; why would you WANT to be someone that would treat you like that?
I'm a trans masc short king and it's always fascinating to me that cis and trans men both shake hands so hard about height dysphoria.
It's like the world's greatest filter, if someone is out here seriously saying shit like this, then why would you put yourself out there to date them, EVEN IF you meet their weird ass requirement? I could even understand a "I want a partner taller/shorter than me" but how is that any different than putting a "D cup breasts or larger only, no surgery." In your bio?
Idk man I'm so happy I met my wife because it sounds so rough out there for everyone lmao
