View submission: What's something you never understood about the opposite gender?
Because flubbing an inch will work most of the time (for height) if the woman is considerably shorter that you she will not be able to tell the difference between 5'11, 6'0 and 6'1.
The only issue comes in when you're after someone who is the height you have listed, but that's pretty rare, and most women are 5'6 and below who are far enough to not tell
Most guys who are 5'11 will do much better on dating apps if they list 6'0, get past the filters and then just ignore the 5'11 and 6'0+ girls

As a six ft. Woman its always the first thing mentioned when I meet someone, like " woah you really are 6 ft " well yeah why would I lie about that? And I don't hate on shorter dudes than me, but many seem to think I couldnt possibly have anything to do with them. I might not be able to get doggy style but im still down for froggy style.

My ex said he was 5’8”. I’m 5’8” and when hugging him I was looking at the top of his head. So not only did he lie to me but he also thought I was blind and or stupid.

I have a friend who has claimed his entire life he is 6’ tall. We actually measured him one day and he’s straight up 5’ 11” on the dot. Not 5’ 11 1/2”. He refuses to acknowledge that ever happened and still claims he’s 6’. It’s really odd

Alternatively, I’m 6’0 but have bad posture. I slouch pretty bad from years of sitting like a complete goblin on a computer.
I stand like 5’9 but when I straighten out it’s a massive difference. It’s something I just started working on a year or two ago.
I’ve been on tons of dates where people don’t believe that I’m 6 foot tall until I straighten out my back.
