View submission: Staying in touch with siblings
I've lived nearly 1000km from my two brothers for over twenty years. I saw the older one (who is a year younger than me) a few times with his wife and kids. He started not talking to me after I told our mum that him and his wife were divorced (I found out about six months after the divorce, lol). Haven't been in touch with him since our mum died in 2022.
My youngest brother I didn't really know, as I left home when he was four years old. Of course, I'd spoken to him throughout the years, but it was only last year that I stayed with him and his family that I got to know him better (and I must say, it was weird...).
