My father passed on December 10th from Alzheimer's, in the living room.

I agree, dealing with dementia with my dad and my husband. The sub has so many good ideas, support, and some funny stories to bring a smile to my day and remind me to laugh.

Ok so I'm 49 and get on many threads I find interesting. My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimers less than a year ago and defying going into assisted living, still driving, and lives alone in her house. She's not easy but on the border of being able to do some independent things but also needing help more and more. She covers things but not well.
