View submission: I need some help with bed rotting.
Life in general, I have quite a long list of things to do yet I cower and distract myself to avoid the big things I need to fix. I’m quite productive, when it comes to actually major stepping stones I cower in fear.

The only way forward in this regard is to rip the bandaid off. For reference, my example, I am an actor. I had a comfy performance job and I told myself I was fine where I was at… even though I wanted to be doing more. And I was afraid of failing so I didn’t audition for bigger projects and I didn’t get in classes. And I spent 2 years absolutely depressed af bc I wasn’t challenging myself. The last 6 months I started small: got in a zoom class that was only a month long, got my photos taken, and then once I conquered those, I moved on to bigger things!!
So for you, start small… not sure the realm of things you want to do… but I’m sure if you wanted to get into a new hobby for example, the first step is to buy the items, then the next step is to set a date you ABSOLUTELY will do it. It can be challenging but you’re going to feel so proud of yourself when it’s done.
