View submission: Should I report boss to HR?
After 2 weeks working there? March into HR to report your boss, then while you're there, ask about when you're eligible for paid time off and how soon you can expect a raise.

Please don’t do that… do have a conversation with your BENEFITS person about how this particular benefit works and how it can be expedited. HR exists to protect the company and HELP the employees be productive and safe in the work place. Dumping on your boss with two weeks in is not the way to handle this.
