I know it can be done, but since Markdown isn't currently a thing in
most clients, serving Markdown files (right now, at least) most likely
won't be as polished as text/gemini or plain text even.

I'm not complaining btw, The text/gemini format in it's current state
is pretty good, and does what (I assume) it's supposed to do pretty
well.
