How to run vostok locally

$ git clone ssh://anonymous@got.any-key.press/vostok
$ cd vostok

$ mkdir cert/
$ openssl req -newkey rsa:4096 -nodes -keyout cert/server.key -x509 -days 36500 -out cert/server.crt
