Regarding the question of "half empty or half full"

I recently had a revelation about how people process the question "half empty or "half full". Many people overthink it because they think it is either one or the other, and that leads to your brain feeling the hurt. I say it comes down to context. I personally say that "half full" is when liquid is added to a case to the halfway point, and that "half empty" is when the opposite happens to halfway. It's a very interesting look into the psyche.
