Hosting

Do we need to specify how credentials shall be handled? Assuming Alex is the chairperson, and runs the wikis for free. What happens if somebody else gets elected and Alex decides to quit?

• We need to make sure that the domain name gets handed over to the next chairman.
• We need to make sure that the site is migrated to a new machine (via some sort of backup?)

Free Software

Do we mandate the use of Free Software? That would certainly make it easier to move the site elsewhere if necessary.

Rights

Do we enumerate the rights our users have?

• Fork the code
• Take their data
• No tracking
• No logging

We need some sort of declaration of rights for our users.
