Apparently Italy has a fucking council which decides what goes into traditional italian recipes, which is bananas if you think about it for a second. If you've ever read in fantasy book, about country which does that you'd be like "What a wacky idea!", meanwhile it is happening like few kilometers from your home. Wild.
