Having started in IT in the late 80's early 90's, I cut my teeth on Gopher, WAIS, Veronica, etc. I have to say, not since then have I had as much enjoyment from a tech, as I have with Gemini. All the crap and garbage of the web is gone, and I get that "feeling" again of exploring the thoughts and content of others, a sense of exploring and seeing what's around this corner or down this alley, as I explore. I look forward to finding great content here.

I started in the late 90s, but I have the same feeling: no Web 2.0 crap, no big companies trying to monetize everything, just real people sharing things they care about. This feels so nice and brings back so many memories... Love it! · 2 years ago
