A quick post to recommend a gem of a movie... It's called "A Bittersweet Life"... Unique poetic/violent gangster film... 2005, from Korea. I envy those who haven't seen it yet, because they still can watch it with fresh perspective... I've watched it a hundred times at least, and I'm still impressed every time I do!

@arkaeriit: Glad you enjoyed it! That escape scene, where our hero wrecks havoc on the group of thugs in the warehouse... WOW! Bref... Content que tu aies aimé! :) · 2 years ago

@nono I watched it and loved it. It is very skillfully filmed. The story is quite touching. The film is indeed very violent, but that help creating the sense of inevitable doom of the story. · 2 years ago

@arkaeriit: Also, it would be nice to hear your opinion, once you've watched it! :) · 2 years ago

@arkaeriit: You're welcome... Enjoy! But be aware: There are some pretty intense moments, visually speaking... I think it's OK to watch it in a family setting, as long as there are no small children around... · 2 years ago

Thanks for the recommendation. It looks very nice. I will watch it with my family as my mom enjoyed some other works of the main actor. · 2 years ago
