We often have similar views on technology here in the Gemini space. So it would be interesting to know which apps are important to you when using your mobile phone. And which ones you do not really need? I'd be very interested to know, as it could be the usual suspects, but maybe something a little more unusual. Thanks in advance!

I have still a non-degoogled phone. 40% Firefox, 20% Lagrange, 20% navigation, 10%Spotify, 5%Mail, 4% biodiversity and animal id apps, 1% PDF+OCR app. Moreover I am using Signal. 路 5 months ago

I have a degoogled phone. I spend most of my time in Lagrange, and use Mull or vanadium for web. Signal for messaging. SNotz, fdroid, Aurora store (needed a childcare app), termux, and all the proton apps (direct apk download). 路 5 months ago

Messaging is #1. iMessage, Matrix are the big ones.

On mobile, Lagrange is #2 actually haha. I do a lot of reading over Gemini I guess, and play Farkle about every day.

Google Maps, Spotify, Mail all get some use, about an hour per week each. Same for my mobile web browser.

Everything else is less than a half hour per week and really not consistent. 路 5 months ago

90% for me is YouTube.. to listen to conference talks and music. The next 4 % is Firefox for browsing and news. 4% Discord, etc.. for messaging. And 2% for banking, and what not. 路 5 months ago
