I tried running but it was too hot and I am too out of shape so I only did 10 minutes, then took a long walk. It was actually quite nice anyway. Tomorrow I'll go back to an easy training plan so I can get myself back into shape and start training seriously for the charity run in a few months.

@astroseneca I should be OK: I walk a lot, never run longer than 1hour (this is why I am not running more than a 10K), and I keep a slow pace. I am intentionally not pushing myself further to keep my heart happy. :) 路 2 years ago

@hiroantag For the charity run you can pick your own distance. My first run was earlier this year and I did an easy 5K. Next one I am aiming at doing a 10K. I used to run half marathons ages ago, but now I prefer to keep it more casual and short. :) 路 2 years ago
