My dad, who works in IT and is generally considered a Computer Knower, now comes to me when he has questions about Linux, as he's worked with Windows most of his career. I don't always have the answer, but it's wild how things change.

Both of my parents were programmers starting in the late 60's and worked with Unix systems their entire careers. They have always come to me absolutely clueless about issues they were having with Windows. :) · 1 year ago
