And so it begins. After a few months of eating whatever I like, I’m starting another 3 month period of Time Restricted Feeding. Each year I aim to have at least two 2-3 month stints of strict, daily (17-18h) intermittent fasting. It gives my body a rest from the constant energy input that we’re not really meant to get like we do in the modern world. Not to mention some of the other huge benefits (hey autophagy). Looking forward to enjoying hunger and appreciating food again. πŸ‘Š

well, in my opinion, i think you should eat when you a hungry. no crap, no fastfood, healthy stuff, best from your own garden. i tried several things, vegan, vegetarian, paleo etc... after all, i think nature designed us to eat everthing, paleo works best for me. i try to avoid processed food (is that the right term?), i am in the kitchen for serveral hours a day, avoiding food from the grocery store, getting it from the local farmer or from my garden. but beeing hungry? i am glad that i don't have to be.... even while living in the outback. ok, i could go for hunting xD Β· 2 years ago
