I've been playing with neovim again today. Think I might move back to using vim over my recent years with VSCode. The speed boost alone will be worth it.

Been using neovim for years without any problems (can highly recommend LazyVim as a configuration base!!). Now I have recently switched to helix... The helix approach with selection -> action is much more intuitive I think, but ask me again in a month if I'm still using helix 馃槄... Even if it is more intuitive, the keybinds are different from vim, so I don't know if I'll get used to it... 路 4 months ago

Neovim's pretty good. Maybe check config packs like astronvim or nvchad. Gets you going in no time and at least gives you some idea what it can do. 路 4 months ago

I remember when I first started with Neovim, coming from VS Code. It was pretty rough when I first started out, but the fact that it's so lightweight and fast to get up and running + not having to use mouse at all, it was really enjoyable! 路 4 months ago
