Being relatively new here, does anyone have any idea on how to set up gemlogging on a capsule the way most people do it? right now i'm just doing everything by hand

Thanks for the replies, I looked around a bit and I think I was looking for a way to set up an "atom feed" · 10 months ago
I get the sense that most people here tend to either maintain their gemsites by hand or else through some systems they've cobbled together themselves. · 10 months ago
I also manually update, mostly via my phone and some hacked together scripts to update my gemlog and tinylog. · 10 months ago

there's a few on here. I also made a titan upload script in python you can adapt if that interests you.

My bad, s/gssd/gssg/
Anyway, I think here it is: https://git.sr.ht/~gsthnz/gssg · 10 months ago

There is gssd that generates static pages, index and optional atom feed from a bunch of text files using templates. Doesn't make it much easier than doing it by hand, but that is what I'm using… Well, "using" — I update my caplule like… never 😂
Worth looking into. · 10 months ago
There is a titan protocol, ut features editor. You can edit your page directly from the browser. · 10 months ago
A lot of people do build their capsules by hand, in fact Gemtext is so simple to write exactly for this reason. If you want to make it more complicated you have to ask yourself why and if it's worth it. · 10 months ago
