vim-cheat40 is an extensible vim cheatsheet that runs inside vim. It's really quite good, it provides the kind of memory-aid that are normally provided by GUI menus

My suggestion on this is find something small that you wish your computer would just do automatically, or if you're more advanced, then maybe something an open-source application you use is lacking. Coding projects are much more interesting if you're invested in the outcome, and think it might be cool. It's NEVER too early to start trying to do useful things. · 3 years ago
